Called my cell phone. That's against the law in my state. Not allowed to call a cell phone number with solicitation unless they have written permission from the cell phone holder in my state, it's against the law. I don't give my cell phone number out to businesses. This caller let my cell phone ring 3 times then hung up. This is nothing but a scammer calling.

Received two calls. When I answer, an automated voice says "Goodbye" and hangs up.

They are calling three times a day, they have been told repeatedly that this would be handled through the mail. However, the woman on the phone is insistant that we give either our credit card number or our bank account number. Neither of which I feel comfortable giving over the phone. They will not STOP calling my number.

Called this number and voice mail answered, "World Finanacial Captial Bank". They call everyday every 45 min. This is annoying because they are using my cell phone number. I have better things to do with my airtime than this.

This number called me and we were in an argument. I asked to speak to a different representative and the woman never transfered me. I asked a few times and she would not cooperate. I tried calling the number back and they said that the number I dialed could not be reached at this time. I would like to know how to get in touch with these people so we can get this problem resolved.
